I can tell the small group of young people sitting adjacent from me on the double-decker bus bound for Victoria train station that they had just attended a ‘motivational’ seminar. They were all hyped up, juiced and couldn’t contain their excitement. My interest was aroused when I heard the least excited one of them say, waving his arms in the air, “Tomorrow I shall start the journey of focusing more on increasing my self-confidence.”
