Here we go: 2011 has begun to gain momentum. Many people around the world have decided, and perhaps are still working towards, New Year Resolutions. They may be eating healthier, started a workout regime, working towards improving their personal relationships. The question that remains is: how long will they keep up with their self-improvement intentions?
Now that the celebrations are over, Christmas has been and gone, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day are behind us, and so are the headaches and the embarrassing moments, it’s time to look ahead at the new year and think about what you want to accomplish: what you want to have, become and do that you didn’t last year.
