Alan Poole (Chairman)
Alan has had a top professional career in the fields of Management, Finance, Administration and Leadership. His career experience has included top senior roles at Board level with Roussel Laboratories, Hoechst Marion Roussel, Agrovet and Beechams where he was an accomplished leader of a number of multi-billion dollar mergers and acquisitions. Alan has established various Non-profit organisations overseas, which continue to thrive. He also has a successful International Prayer ministry, and is a writer, published author and composer.
John Meredith
John is the founder of The Learning Center, a UK Partner of FranklinCovey and was instrumental in introducing the work of Stephen Covey to the UK in 1993. Prior to setting up The Learning Center, John was Managing Director of international human resource consultants Svend Holst Associates, where he was responsible for bringing the work of one of the world’s leading thinkers, Edward de Bono, to the UK. John is an accomplished business leader, coach, facilitator and trusted advisor. His career experience has included senior roles in Sales, Sales Training and General Management with Imperial Tabaco, IBM, Rank Xerox and Kodak. John has been married to Sandra for forty years and they have three sons, Marc, Scott and Matthew and five grandchildren.
Mark Insull
Mark is a photographer and journalist on a local Essex based newspaper here in the UK. He’s a father of five and subscribes to the belief that the greatest work any of us can do is in the home. Mark is co-founder of Champions Club Community.
Guy Insull
Guy’s career has spanned the City, Industry and the 3rd Sector. At Barclays he worked in the Retail Bank, Corporate Finance and Central Planning. At Mars Inc he was the Sales Operations Director, Head of Learning & Development for the UK Sales Force and more latterly, Strategy Communications Director. His work in the 3rd sector is in support of a Homeless Charity in the East End of London. Guy is co-founder of Champions Club Community.
